Jaynea Milhouse or Tru, teaches the art and language of life through an artistic lens. She combines social work practice and alternative therapies to provide healing tools for the entire body. With a Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work, she’s able to focus on the body as a system in collaboration with the community. However the experience of a Certified Life Coach with specialities of yoga and mindfulness meditation collapses the barrier between science and spirituality. This in essence provides a holistic approach to healing: inside out, mind, body and spirit. 

 

Services offered: 

LIFE COACHING

-assist men and women with cleaning out their emotional baggage and mental clutter to live a more balanced , healthier and happier life authentic to you. 

- Children sessions are available ages 7-17  

- Family coaching: assists families with difficult conversations and life transitions: grief, spirituality, relationships, emotional wounds

- Couples coaching: bridging the communication gap. Enhancing overall relationship dynamic through interactive workshops and activities. 

*** Additional specialities: body image, addictions, self esteem, parenting, anger management, ptsd. 18 and older

MINDFULNESS MONDAYS

Every Monday live at 7pm central on Facebook: Jaynea Milhouse, checks in on someone from the community for mental health awareness.

Immediately following the community check in, is community group, where we have the conversations, hold each other accountable and speak our truths.
